A possible merge between HRT and Epsilon Euskadi?

According to latest rumours from Spain, there might be possible merging talks between 2 spanish racing organizations, the struggling F1 Hispania Racing Team, and LeMans prototype constructor and hopeful future F1 entrant Epsilon Euskadi.

The news agency EFE reported that Epsilon Euskadi's chief Joan Villadelprat is weighing up two options for the future of his team: the first one is that his own organization to be chosen by FIA as the 13th F1 team but with a possible resource risk under the financial crisis or a reportedly merge with Hispania Racing Team, Spain's F1 existing team. HRT is currently struggling at the rear of the F1 grid lacking resources and yet without a deal for the construction of its 2011 car after the termination of its partnership with Dallara although the team is in advanced talks to take control of departed Toyota's F1 infrastructure.

F1 veteran Villadelprat has reportedly already been in contact with Jose Ramon Carabante, the owner of Murcia-based HRT to define "what Hispania needs, what Epsilon can offer and if there is the possibility of collaboration".
And Carabante is apparently well acknowledged that Le Mans prototype constructor Epsilon Euskadi's infrastructure rates among "the top five" of the existing European racing organizations, but lacks 17 million euros in investment.
